DM Solutions Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor:
The DM Solutions Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by DM Solutions, based in California, USA.

2. Eligibility:

• Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

• Open to small businesses only: single provider and business up to 3 team members.

• Employees of DM Solutions, their immediate family members, current clients and anyone else professionally connected to this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

• By participating, winners agree to share parts of their journey and feedback with us, which we’ll highlight on our page.

3. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on the day the corresponding Instagram post is published and ends at 11:59 AM PST on December 25, 2024. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must:

1. Follow DM Solutions on Instagram.

2. Like the corresponding Instagram post.

3. In the corresponding, post a comment and tag at least one (1) and up to three (3) small business owners or business accounts in the comments. Each tag counts as one entry and explain how you would like DM Solutions to support your business

4. Share the post to your Instagram Story and send DM Solutions a screenshot for a bonus entry (optional).

5. Submit a comment explaining how you would like DM Solutions to support your business (this step is required for entry).

5. Selection of Winners:

• The winner of the 107 call will be selected by the DM Solutions team based on the quality and thoughtfulness of their submitted entry.

• The winner of the 333 month will be chosen from among eligible participants by random drawing.

• Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 72 hours of the Sweepstakes end date.

6. Prizes:

• First Prize: A one-month package of DM Solutions' services, valued at $333, to be redeemed in February 2025.

• Second Prize: A 1-hour business strategy call with DM Solutions, valued at $107, to be redeemed in February 2025.

7. Additional Terms:

• By entering, participants agree that their name, business name, and partial story may be shared by DM Solutions on social media for promotional purposes.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Release of Liability:
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless DM Solutions, Instagram, and their affiliates from any liability or damage arising from participation or acceptance of a prize.

9. Instagram Disclaimer:
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

10. General Conditions:
DM Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems inappropriate, incomplete, or non-compliant with these rules. The Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason.
