How quickly can we start?
This truly depends on your specific needs and our team’s availability. It could be as soon as the contract is signed.
Can I customize my plan?
Absolutely! Each of our plans can be customized to best suit your needs. A huge part of our discovery call is learning enough about you and your offers to tailor our plans to you.
Who will I be working with?
We are very mindful when bringing people onto our team, and sourcing local experts whenever possible. Our team is composed of passionate experts located across the US & Canada.
Can I have hourly Customer Service Support?
We strongly believe that the best customer service happens daily M-F, and ideally by the same person. This ensures seamless support to your clients. Customer service is limited to our Low and High Tide plans (each of which guarantees at least 2 check ins per day on your email/phone/text system).
Is there a minimum contract length for the monthly plans?
While we have found that 6 months seems to be the magic number for us to become familiar enough with your business to implement changes, and see the the biggest shifts happen, we simply ask for a 30-day notice if you decide to increase/decrease your support.
What support options are available if I encounter issues or have questions?
You will have at least one dedicated account manager from our team that will be in contact with you regularly. Meghan and Damien, founders of DM Solutions are also available by phone and email for bigger concerns or questions.
What happens if I don't need my plan for a month?
While hours mostly don’t roll over, we can accept one month off per year.
For the rest, our plan work like your cell phone plan, even if you don’t use your time the operator will charge you.
