Gift of Calm Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
Void where prohibited. Open only to legal U.S. residents.

This Giveaway is hosted by DM Solutions (“Sponsor”).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who:

  • Are legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C.

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

  • Have a public Instagram account so entries can be verified

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of DM Solutions are not eligible.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins December 8, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and ends December 25, 2025 at 11:59 AM ET (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry, participants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram during the Promotion Period:

  1. Follow @dmsolutionsinsights

  2. Like the pinned Giveaway post

  3. Comment with your word or intention for 2026

Limit one (1) entry per person.
Multiple accounts, duplicate entries, bot entries, or entries generated by automation will be disqualified.

No purchase or payment is required.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One free month inside the Business Doula container (ARV $444), including:

  • Weekly personalized video check-ins based on a short weekly questionnaire

  • Daily text or WhatsApp access during business hours

  • Recommended tools, resources, and grounded direction

  • One (1) bonus healing session with a trusted provider

Prize is one month only and does not require continued commitment.

After the free month ends, the winner may choose to continue at the standard rate, but this is fully optional.

Prize has no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or substituted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @dmsolutionsinsights on December 29, 2025.

The winner must reply within 48 hours to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond in time, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at its discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Message requests not seen

  • Incorrect or changed Instagram handles

  • Technical issues that prevent winner communication

7. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to:

  • Mention their Instagram handle in the public winner announcement

  • Repost or share their comment (the word/phrase shared as their entry)

No additional compensation will be provided.

8. Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor is not liable for:

  • Technical failures, including Instagram outages, glitches, or connectivity issues

  • Lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries

  • Unauthorized human intervention or attempts to manipulate the Giveaway

  • Errors in the administration of the Giveaway or winner notification

If the Giveaway is compromised by technical issues, fraud, or other causes, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway.

9. Sponsor’s Rights

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who:

  • Uses multiple Instagram accounts

  • Violates Instagram’s policies

  • Submits inappropriate, harmful, or spam content

  • Attempts to tamper with or manipulate the Giveaway

Sponsor may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

10. Privacy

DM Solutions does not collect or store personal data from entrants except what is required to administer the Giveaway and deliver the prize.

Information will not be sold, shared, or used for any other purpose.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, participants agree that:

  • Any disputes will be handled individually, not as part of a class action

  • All claims will be governed by the laws of the State of California

  • Any legal action must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California
